TGIF loves! Last week, I told you how much I love Shiro’s intertubes (basically a highly pigmented lipstick-lip balm hybrid) and raved about their blush. So today, I thought I’d complete the trifecta by reviewing their eyeshadow, specifically the shade, Full of Craft
Color: Described as a brown gold with warm highlights, I’d say that this is more golden and a bit shimmery
Texture: This is a loose pigment, and it is very nice, not too powdery.
Application: The application of this is lovely. You don’t have to worry about building up color or about it looking less bright on the lids. What you see in your jar or baggy (whichever you decide to buy) is the color you’ll get on your lid. Only one warning: tap the excess off of your makeup brush or beware of fallout.
Wear: The wear on this is also pretty good. I’m out of primer, so I’ve been using the hack job of using a bit of foundation. This works pretty well in the winter, when my lids aren’t very oily, but less so in the summer. Even still, you can see from the picture this eyeshadow had minimal creasing and that was after 11 hours of wear! 11 hours of wear without a proper primer! Amazing.
Price: $1.00 for 1/8 tsp sample bag, $6.00 for 2 grams, and $8.50 for 2 grams packaged in a special collector’s cube.
Cruelty-Free: Yes, like all of Shiro’s lovely products
Where to Buy: Right here
