Get Ready with Me…My Engagement?!?!

You heard right! Over the weekend, I wanted to take advantage of the sunny weather by photographing a get ready with me for a date night…except the date night turned into a proposal! My boyfriend of over four years asked me to marry him and I said yes! I’m so happy to share this news with all of you, my blogging friends. I’d love to share the details of the wedding with you as they come. We haven’t set a date yet. I don’t want to plan it in less than a year, so I was hoping for March of next year, but my boyfriend fiance (!) is in the accounting field so he doesn’t want to do anything before tax season is over. For now, let me share my makeup with you. I didn’t photograph my full outfit you know, in the excitement of getting engaged, but I’ll leave you with my makeup look. I was going for a more natural look so I did BB cream with a bit of bronzer, subtle brown eyeshadow (shimmery on the lid, matte in the crease), brown eyeliner on my top lash line, mascara and a bit of a very natural pink gloss.
